Sparky's name really suits this little pup--he's full of energy and fun. He is super friendly, absolutely loves people, and is always happy. He gets so excited to get attention or be played with. He has an umbilical hernia (common in Shih Tzu) kind of like an outie belly button. He's so full of adorable puppy antics and would best suit someone wanting a lively pup with a big personality.
